Before bulk production our sample will through strict test to ensure that every parameter meets our strict standards. Common tests include high temperature test, pressure resistance test, waterproof test, scratch resistance test,and wheel resistance test. Only sample pass all these tests we will put it into bulk production.

According to Chinese luggage test standard Attaching the luggage on a bumpy conveyor belt for 8km the wheel diameter abrasion less than 2mm to prove their quality and durability. wheels and all the luggage accessories need to be a good condition.

We also have machines to test zipper durability and smooth. Each zipper go through 500 cycles to make sure it operates smoothly everytime.
